Board certified as an occupational and environmental physician, internal medicine physician, and preventive medicine specialist, Dr. Trangle founded Comprehensive Health and Emergency Care, a chain of occupational and urgent care centers headquartered in Seattle. Soon after he was named Medical Director for Cleveland’s 500-bed Mt. Sinai Medical Center, and was also the International Medical Director for Millennium Chemical, a $4 billion inorganic chemical company for which he established OSHA compliance programs, disability and absenteeism management systems, and health care cost containment strategies. In addition he provides expert evaluations and testimony for medical legal issues, and he provides analysis and consultation for ERISA cases and long-term disability decisions. His clients include third party administrators, insurance companies, attorneys, government organizations, and self-insured companies.

In addition to his duties as Medical Director at BAN, Dr. Trangle will remain active in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) Medical Center group. He is also the incoming President of the Corporate Medical Section of the ACOEM, representing almost 500 medical directors nationwide.
