Benefit Advisors Network Hires Kloss as Human Resource Director

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CLEVELAND, OH (2/27/14) --- Benefit Advisors Network (BAN) - the nation’s leading network of progressive and visionary employee benefit brokers and consulting firms from across the United States - has hired 20 year industry veteran Bobbi Kloss as the Human Resource Director.

In her new role, Kloss will keep up with and focus on ever-changing compliance requirements on behalf of the organization as well as members. Serving as BAN’s thought leader on topics relevant to the complex HR industry, Kloss will be tapped to draft articles for print and online materials as well as speak at industry conferences.

“We are excited that Bobbi has joined our team,” says BAN Executive Director Perry Braun. “We see her as a valuable resource for our members. With compliance regulations changing so frequently and drastically – particularly in light of the Affordable Care Act – she will be the organization’s go-to person to ensure members are aware in advance of the nuances and how to, in turn, best advise their employer clients.”

Continues Braun, “Bobbi’s expertise and availability to our members is one more value-add we are providing.”

Previously, Bobbi served as an HR Consultant across many industries including bio-med, non-profit, manufacturing, and construction. She also held senior HR and Employment Law Compliance positions with Sevis Systems, Insperity, and Baptist Health Systems.
