Trinity Consulting Represents Third New Member in Past Month
CLEVELAND, OH (2/13) - Charlotte, North Carolina-based Trinity Consulting has been accepted for membership in Benefit Advisors Network (BAN), the premier national network of independent benefit advisory and consulting companies.
Trinity Consulting, founded in 2001, has 28 employees and approximately $6 million in revenue. Trinity’s geographic reach extends through North and South Carolina and Georgia. The firm has set – and maintained – a goal to grow by 15 percent each year since inception.
Catering to the employee benefit needs of the middle market, Trinity Consulting defines this category as companies who employ 50-1000 employees. The company also works in the benefit space as well as property and casualty and 401(k) arenas. In addition they specialize in meeting the needs of those firms in the construction and manufacturing industries.
“We’re thrilled to be elected to BAN. We were influenced by BAN’s extensive resources and member relationships, and hope to grow our practice utilizing the tools and services BAN provides,” says Alan Wise, President at Trinity Consulting.
Co-owner and Vice President Harry Floyd says, “We really believe the business planning tools and client resources will enhance our firm’s continued growth, particularly over the next three-to-five years. We appreciate the high quality services that BAN membership adds to the arsenal of customer solutions that we currently provide to our employee benefit clients.”
To become a BAN member - or to become a Smart Partner - Trinity Consulting had to pass a stringent screening process that included interacting with BAN’s members and its Board, and scrutiny of the firm’s business ethics, industry knowledge, and commitment to providing the highest quality services.
“We are proud to welcome Trinity Consulting into BAN,” says Perry Braun, BAN’s Executive Director. “Alan, Harry and their team pride themselves on being strategic and innovative problem-solvers, partnering with clients to develop appropriate, affordable, and flexible solutions for their employee benefit programs – this is exactly the type of member that makes BAN the organization it is today.”
BAN intentionally limits membership to the “best of the best” in their respective markets. The organizational philosophy of collaboration while providing world-class resources, such as preferred pricing arrangements and direct access to underwriters, has helped its members continue to grow despite a lingering economic downturn.
About Benefit Advisors Network
Founded in 2002 by five agencies, BAN is an exclusive, premier, national network of independent, employee benefit brokerage and consulting companies. BAN delivers industry leading tools, technology, and expertise to member firms so that they can deliver optimum results to their employee benefit customers. BAN’s members, known as Smart Partners partly because of their highly collaborative interactions, are screened prior to being granted membership to ensure they distinguish themselves from their competitors through their knowledge of the industry, ethical approach, business acumen, and strategic vision.
To preserve and enhance the intimate level of sharing between the Smart Partners, BAN turns away more candidate agencies than it accepts, ensuring that members are peers with the most progressive and innovative employee benefit consultants and brokers from across the country.
