Perry Braun, President & CEO

Perry is an accomplished and highly regarded executive-level professional in the insurance industry.  His proven record of identifying and closing market opportunities leads to increased revenue and market share. Perry shares his strategic thinking with BAN members in forecasting market needs, developing new products & distribution channels, and increasing sales, and extending market penetration. His decisive leadership engages customers and partners, while he also develops employees and instills high-performance levels.

Perry regularly consults with Executive Leadership Teams and Leaders of local agency offices on designing growth-oriented business plans and improving business performance against key metrics. This involves providing advice and counsel on financials, sales, client service models, operations, and any additional business parts that require attention based on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

 


Caroline Williams, Member Support Coordinator

Caroline Williams has been working with Benefit Advisors Network as Member Support Coordinator since September of 2017.

Prior to working with BAN, Caroline served as Member Services Director for the Akron Bar Association for 13 years. She has a passion for helping people and is happy to find the answers to any question a member may have. Caroline’s wealth of experience along with her fun-loving and bubbly personality makes BAN Member Agencies and their clients feel that she is an extension of their team.

Caroline assists BAN members with access to the Virtual Office, helps to support all BAN members in many ways, is responsible for email communications, and serves on the conference logistics team. She loves working in such a supportive and encouraging network of people and businesses. She also heads BAN’s social media efforts, so be sure to follow them on LinkedIn and Facebook!

On the days that Caroline isn’t busy assisting members, she can be found working with the animals on her small hobby farm and enjoying time with her husband and their dog.

 


Grace Yarcusko, Member Support Coordinator

Grace Yarcusko joined Benefit Advisors Network as Member Support Coordinator in 2019.

In her role, Grace supports BAN’s National Account Executives, creating a customer service experience that enables members to improve their performances and profitability. She specifically will handle on-boarding new members, managing the Virtual Office, which serves as an information center for BAN members, and assisting members with other BAN resources.

Prior to joining the team at Benefit Advisors Network, Grace worked as the Production Manager, Pattern Maker, and Design Consultant for Forma Apparel. She attended Ursuline College in Ohio and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

When Grace isn’t busy assisting BAN Members she can be found working hard in her home studio, cooking up new recipes, and enjoying time with her husband as they travel to visit their four children.

 


Steve Yarcusko, Member Development

Steve Yarcusko started working with Benefit Advisors Network in his Member Development role in 2008.

Steve graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a degree in Political Science and today is responsible for the recruitment of new BAN Members. He searches for the best and brightest new agencies that will benefit from becoming members and be a positive addition to the network.

Throughout his ten years of experience with BAN, Steve has had the pleasure of watching agencies that have become BAN Members grow and prosper in their business. He profoundly enjoys the journey of providing discovery for agencies that are considering becoming BAN Members, working with them towards completing the membership process, and finally seeing them join the network.

When Steve isn’t busy assisting new member agencies, he can be found spending quality time with his family and friends.

 


Michael Braun, Marketing Strategist

Michael graduated from Cleveland State University with a Master’s Degree in History. In his role, Michael aids in the recruitment of new BAN members. He uses automation and campaign strategies to position BAN in front of the best agencies that will benefit from BAN membership.  Throughout his experience, he has developed skills and expertise around technologies including CRM, marketing automation, and CMS. Michael is helping BAN continue and evolve its own processes using these systems. He is excited to work with member agencies and continue growing BAN.  When he is not working on a campaign, Michael spends time around Cleveland and with family and friends.
