Doreen Dartez – Director of HR Technology
Doreen serves as the Director of Consulting at iBTR and serves to grow the HR Technology Consulting division, while directly consulting benefits brokers and employers on all related to HR Technology. Doreen spent 3 years at RevTech Consulting following over 20 years in the HR Technology industry. Throughout her career, she consulted with mid-size and large organizations on multiple processes and initiatives spanning benefits, HR compliance, onboarding, payroll, human resources, time & attendance, performance, and recruiting. Doreen began her career at ADP and performed to build markets with other organizations such as Kronos, Paycor, iSolved, and Businessolver, as both an individual contributor and a leader. Doreen attributes her success in HR Technology consulting to her diligence in discovery, as well as collaborating with subject matter experts, always seeking the best “marriage” between technology and clients’ business strategies and goals. Doreen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Outside the office, Doreen is dedicated to spending quality time with her husband, and three daughters.
Megan Linneen (Smith) – Director of HR Technology
Megan Linneen is the Business Development Manager for iBTR (fka Benefit Technology Resources). She enjoys working with the broader team at BTR to bring value and service to clients in many industries. Megan brings several years of experience to the team from her time working in the broker world as a leader for an internal HR Technology Division. Megan excels at practical HCM consulting and building and servicing benefit administration systems. Megan holds a Life, Accident, & Sickness License. She is both Benefit Technology Certified, as well as Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act Certified with the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). She received her B.S. in Economics and Finance from Centre College and is a proud Member of the Advisor Collective.
