CLEVELAND, OH (5/2/23) – Benefit Advisors Network (BAN) – the premier international network of independent employee benefit firms – has named Bobbi Kloss as Vice President of Human Capital Management.

With more than 25 years of Human Resource Generalist and executive-level Human Capital Management experience, Bobbi will continue to oversee all HR-related functions for BAN internal practices. With a deep understanding of the increasingly complex and diverse HR industry, Bobbi also provides her expertise to BAN’s employee benefit brokerage members as well as their employer clients. Initiating proactive, strategic compliance practices helps limit their organizational exposure to potential liabilities. With both groups, Kloss will establish and/or support the culture of the company through attraction and retention initiatives.

“We are excited to name Bobbi our Vice President of Human Capital Management,” says Perry Braun, President & CEO of the Benefit Advisors Network. “She has been with our organization since 2014 and in that time our members have come to rely and depend on Bobbi’s deep industry insights and expertise on all aspects of human capital management and HR.  This new role will allow Bobbi to further build out her SME team and continue to provide outstanding solutions and resources to our growing roster of U.S. and Canadian broker members while working closely with our strategic partners to align our collective interests.”

In addition to Kloss, Steve Yarcusko will serve as the company’s Business Development Consultant.  In his role, he will be responsible for recruiting members throughout North America.  In his recruitment efforts he will be looking for those future members that have a specific “DNA” to match to the strengths of Benefit Advisors Network and align to the interest of the current members.

The BAN team also includes Grace Yarcusko and Caroline Williams, both of whom will serve as Member Service Coordinators.  As main points of contact, they will triage member issues, manage the operations of the company, and assist members with any other needs that may arise.

Continues Braun, “I want to thank the entire team for supporting BAN, members, and clients throughout this transition period. I am confident that we have the right team in place to expand our organization while simultaneously serving our independent benefits broker members and their clients and assisting in their growth.”

In April, Braun acquired Benefit Advisors Network (BAN) and the National Benefits Center (NBC) from Alera Group and will lead both independent entities as President & CEO.
